Well then... Markit... Zero... This is going to be good. Really, really good...
In the first episode of this series Edwin DelaRosa takes viewers round NYC to show how he fell in love with the city and the lifestyle of Bmx. From his early years shaping modern streetriding on long since gone New York street spots, lifelong friendships that were forged on those street corners and then right up to galleries that show his keen eye for street photography today, don't miss a really great glimpse into Edwins life in NYC.
We decided to wrap up the end of the summer with another street jam. This time, it was serious. Jean Claude Van Jamme was born.
All in all a great day was had. Loads of people came out (near or more than 70...?)
Some of the young lads really threw down some amazing moves and everyone had a good time.
Major thanks to Coilin Garvey for being the main filmer, much appreciated, sorry it took so long for the vid to come out...
Finally the much anticipated Jimmy Rushmore 2013 video part is here from United, with fast and burly riding from start to finish Jimmy's riding is full throttle to say the least.
Well now, here's a good one for you. We decided to put together 3 different BMX bundles for you guys.
Basically, we put a bunch of the sort of stuff that people need to replace the most frequently into a handy little package to offer some savings... I know, we're brilliant. Check them out!!
Package 1 - A set of (Eclat/Wethepeople/United) Pegs, A set of (Eclat/Animal) Pedals and a set of (Wethepeople/Eclat) grips and all packages in a United Tool Bag. It should be 62 euro, but we're doing it for 44. Boom.
Package 2 - A set of (Eclat/Wethepeople) Grips, A United Beacon Seat, A set of (Animal/Eclat) Pedals and in the United Tool Bag. It should cost 71 euro, but we're doing them for 51!
Package 3 - A Set of (Eclat/Wethepeople/United) Pegs, A set of United Grips, A set of (Animal/Eclat) Pedals, An Eclat Headset and finished off in a United Tool Bag. All in, it should cost 95, but we're letting them go for 67 euro!
All in all, you're saving quite a bit on your essential Kit. Good times! The colours will vary in each pack, between pedals, grips, headsets and so on, but we can mix and match if needs be or make you a custom bag!
So... not sure how many of you out there will have ever seen the old 5050 video, "That's it". But, anyway, it was amazing. The followup was sure to be as good with the crew behind it. With legends like Rob Wise, Matt Berringer and Mike Aitken on the list, it was never going to disappoint. KILLJOY came out last year and it properly blew my mind. Not been so impressed in a long long time. I watch this one pretty regularly, it's too good. A bit different in terms of how it's put together than the "standard" BMX video, but that just sets it apart. Definitely take the time to watch this one. Nearly an hour long, but completely worth it.
Interbike comes but once a year and for those of us who love looking at the new products that'll be hitting the shelves in the next few months, it's a treat!!
